Community Employment (CE) at CYS offers unemployed people aged 21 to 66 years, an opportunity to return to the workforce.
Participants who quality for the programme are given valuable part-time employment.

Community Employment (CE) at CYS offers unemployed people, aged 21 to 66 years, an opportunity to return to the workforce. Participants who quality for the programme are given valuable part-time
employment.

Through the CE programme participants are provided with opportunities for development and training. Participation in CE can help individuals into employment and/or further education and training. Within CYS, participants play an essential role to support the work of the Charity.

Staff on the CE programme work in a myriad of roles that assist our Tutors and Youth Workers provide services to young people in Clare. They support core functions including administration, reception, clerical, cleaning and catering. The CE staff are an integral part of the Service and essential to our charity continuing its purpose to support young people and their communities in Clare.
