Clare Youth Service is committed to the delivery of quality youth work. It applies youth work values and principles to the areas of Advocacy, Alcohol & Drugs Education/Prevention, Certified Education & Training, Information Provision, Mental Health & Wellbeing, Targeted Interventions, Volunteer Support and Youth Justice Work.

While CYS receives funding from a number of Government Departments which fund targeted work with young people deemed ‘at risk’  in County Clare, the Service is dependent on the generosity of our Friends & Patrons, Community Groups, Local Business and Corporate sponsors to ensure that the Youth Service can offer programmes and support to the thousands of young people not covered by state funding.  We gratefully acknowledge the support received from all.
