The project operates from a central location in the Junction Youth and Community Building, Cloughleigh, Ennis and from the Reception Desk in The Youth Centre in Carmody Street at office hours.
The Project disseminates information throughout the County. There are 23 remotely enabled digital information screens in Schools, Clubs, Community Training Centre and Family Resource Buildings in the Community. In addition to four interactive info points and four static info points in centres and community buildings, all these reaching young people in rural locations and those supporting them.
The project provides accurate information and / or workshops on a range of topics such as C.V. Support, CAO Forms, SUSI and Student Grant opportunities, Social Welfare and Form filling. Support around Rights and Entitlements, registering to Vote, European opportunities, Travel, Voluntary work, Social opportunities and much more.
Our workshops can be tailored to the needs of groups and can include Sexual Health, Transition to Further Education, Wellbeing and Mental Health, Internet Safety, Mentorship and Personal and Social development programmes.
Our service is open to young people, parents, and those who work with them (youth workers, teachers etc). The project will also sign post to other services and agencies to provide appropriate supports for young people when needed.
Skills and issued based programmes are run in venues across the County.

The Youth Information Chat is an easy to use chat service that works just like Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger. It helps provides students and parents with advice and answers to their questions during these unprecedented times. The service is staffed by trained Youth Information Officers, who can help students and parents discuss their situation and talk through their options. The chat service can be accessed here>>
Youth Information Chat is an online chat service operated by Youth Information Centres including, YMCA Ireland, Crosscare, and by Ireland’s Youth Information website, SpunOut.ie.
